It is expected that this person works as an expert in HR Analytics, improving our existing analysis and reporting systems and developing new ones, helping us get better decisions with the use of even more accurate data.
Working close to some of the HR Strategic Partners you'll "touch" systems like performance management and employee feedback.
This is a very interesting position for someone who has a passion for combining people and numbers.
Despite loving numbers, statistics, graphics, dashboards, metrics and analytics, you are not a caveman. Remember, this is an HR position and good social skills are a mandatory requisite.
You are an experienced HR professional with developed logic and calc skills who can analyze data. You are very curious about people and new HR practices, although curiosity alone is not enough. You are practical, goal-oriented and a continuous learner. In your experience, you have developed HR systems that relate to analytics and produced good and complex reports.
It is important that you are a good self-learner and a very autonomous person.
