The Team

Our Team is not for the faint of heart. We move fast and silently, like true ninjas! We are used to adapting, evolving and always being on the run. Traditional models don't work in our company. Boring people just don't fit in. Sorry! :-)

Our Department is divided into business teams, each with its own tribe and different business needs and requests. Our main mission is to advise them and provide all the necessary support to achieve their goals.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main duties will be:

  • Define the best and more efficient channels to source candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs, among others;
  • Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, behavior and cultural fit;
  • Support our onboarding program and work closely with our team implementing new ideas and solutions;
  • Create, update and maintain analytical reports and databases.


    You have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology or related and experience in conducting and managing recruitment processes from A to Z. You also have experience in IT recruitment without losing interest in recruiting for other business areas.

    You are a motivated and resilient person who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment, with a good time and priorities managing skills.

    • Good communication skills;
    • Written and spoken fluency in English.
