The Team
You will join our Payroll Team, committed to producing an accurate and timely payroll. We also support different needs related to administrative and management issues since admission until termination.
The Role
Reporting to Head of Payroll, your main tasks will be:
- Processing payroll and other administrative tasks supporting employee lifecycle (new hires, changes, terminations, absences, vacations);
- Provide information and answer payroll, vacations and or related questions;
- Manage different processes related to IEFP, Social Security, among others;
- Manage different reports and data related to Departament and stakeholders needs.
You
You have a degree in management, human resources or accounting and you are experienced in payroll best practices and processes. You have the ability to deal sensitively with confidential payroll issues. You have sense of urgency and knowledge about labor law.
