The Team

We play Unstable Unicorns, we eat a lot of brioche bread, candy, and chocolate! We also eat peanuts and some days are totally nuts! Usually, we get along and like each other, other days… well, let’s talk about things that don’t include thinking about mass murder when someone starts listening to the wrong song or chewing loudly. ;-)

We work hard and we produce a lot. We are very focused, although we run away from narrow perspectives. We like to think different, we enjoy being different. We are a constellation of very special people who enjoy working together and who go above and beyond!

The Role

We will hire more than one person for the team, so the role will vary accordingly. Going straight to the point, we are developing or improving our people management systems. We’ll need to hire more brainpower to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

As an example of our systems, we are already using Impraise for managing feedback and to manage recruitment. We will now work in improving our career systems, performance and goals management, and then some.

This is a role oriented towards people development and aligned with our business goals.

It is mandatory that you have previous experience in developing, maintaining or improving people development systems (besides recruitment). We want to hire someone with a strategic mindset who can foresee possible outcomes and is able to get his or her hands “dirty”. Not only a thinker but also a doer. You see the picture, right?
