The Team

Our Team is not for the faint of heart. We move fast and silently, like true ninjas! We are used to adapting, evolving and always being on the run. Traditional models don't work in our company. Boring people just don't fit in. Sorry! :-)
Our Department is divided into business teams, each with its own tribe and different business needs and requests. You will be part of the bigger team, but for now, although with lots of support, you'll be alone in daily operation.

The Role

We are entering a new adventure and exploring the textile industry. For almost 8 years we've been part of Prozis' success and we've helped our business grow, supporting our talented management team. You will be our on-site HR Professional, dealing with all kinds of People Operations needs and requests. You will recruit, assess, and team up with leadership, helping them coach and align people's and business needs. You'll report directly to HR in headquarters.

You

You know the industry details, jargon, people and way of doing things. We expect you to be an experienced HR Professional with, at least, 3 years of experience in a generalist / operational role in HR. You are not afraid of change, you are not afraid of tough challenges. Well, in Walter White words: you are not in danger, you are the danger! A well-intended and responsible danger. A danger to incompetence!
You are a good team-player who brings joy and purpose to the workplace, who is constantly learning and growing, both humble and confidently.
