The Team
Our Team is not for the faint of heart. We move fast and silently, like true ninjas! We are used to adapting, evolving and always being on the run. Traditional models don't work in our company. We are also looking for a fun person!
Our Department is divided into business teams, each with its own tribe and different business needs and requests. Our main mission is to advise them and provide all the necessary support to achieve their goals.
The Role
As an HR Generalist, you will need to:
- Manage end to end recruitment process: design and implement overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions and define the best strategy to find candidates, screen candidates resumes and conduct interviews;
- Support our Onboarding process and work closely with our team implementing new ideas and solutions;
- Support employees' development through performance management, feedback meetings and Personal Development Plans;
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics;
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as provide HR policy guidance;
- Manage and support some HR operational tasks (HSST, contract renewals, relatório único in some specific attachments, among others);
- Create, update and maintain analytical reports and databases.
You
You have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related and experience managing the full employee life cycle.
You are a motivated and resilient person who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment, with a good time and priorities managing skills.
