The Team

Prozis Tech division is focused on the development and continuous improvement of software products to support Prozis operation and strategy.

The Role

We are looking for a business analyst with proven experience in designing, monitoring and measuring business processes, to support an ever changing organization and to establish a bridge between the Prozis Tech Division, Quality Department and Business related departments.

The Business Analyst / Process Designer will be responsible for:

  • Modeling the existing business processes;
  • Defining KPIs;
  • Monitoring and measuring existing KPIs and other relevant data;
  • Assure process compliance with Quality directives;
  • Promote the design and implementation of process improvements.

You will be working in close collaboration with process owners, users, quality department and product development teams in order to support a change in the responsabilities of the Tech and Process Improvement departments.


  • An Agile mindset
  • Knowledge of BPM
  • Strong anaytical skills
  • Knowledge of Database Technologies and SQL
  • Technical writing skills
  • Previous contact with ISO 9001, 14001, or other relevant norm

Field of Study: Computer science or similar

Required Years of Experience: Between 3 and 5 Years
