The Team

Prozis Tech division is focused on the development and continuous improvement of software products to support Prozis operation and strategy.

This is a young and motivated team, determined to make things happen. We need you to help us in this world domination tour.

The Role
You’ll be part of our IT Systems & Operations Team at our headquarters in Maia.

It's expected that you provide solutions to maintain the ongoing systems performance, respond to incidents and infrastructure support.

You
You'll provide user support and equipment maintenance across all our offices.

For this position, we expect the following:

  • No less than 1 years in helpdesk support experience;
  • Knowledge of Windows, MacOS and Linux;
  • Used to work with ticketing tools;
  • Document new IT system problems/solutions in our knowledge base;
  • Troubleshoot general IT issues – internet, network, printing, performance;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products;
  • Used to interact with monitoring tools is a plus;
  • Basic IP network knowledge network is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills and good attention to detail;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with users and colleagues;
  • Must be highly self-motivated, patient, proactive and have a strong work ethic.
