It all started 11 years ago, with a young student who had a dream. Today, Prozis is the European leader in sports nutrition and functional foods. We started in a garage, but today we are 500 and have facilities in more than 5 cities and 2 continents.

You’ll be part of our newly created team of healthy bread and patisserie and coordinate the team in our gluten free factory. You’ll also be able to participate in the construction of a new factory and work closely with R&D so you can help us develop new recipes and products. This is an incredible position for someone who loves to get their “hands dirt”, in this case with flours, and similar products.
The team is very young and is just starting to be assembled. We expect it to grow in the months to come. You’ll help the HR team to build “your” team.
You are an experienced professional within the business of bakeries and patisseries, who loves to work with people, and have an inventive mind. You know your way around dough, you like it, and have always wanted to do healthy products.
It is also expected that you know the basics of management and how to work with management software as user.
