The Role

You’ll be part of our IT Systems & Operations Team in our headquarters @ Esposende.

It is expected that you provide solutions to maintain the ongoing systems performance, give support to the infrastructure, respond to incidents and document them in the ticketing system.

You

You'll give support to the team in order to provide network monitoring, server and network development, maintenance and users support.

For this position, we expect the following:

  • More than three years in helpdesk experience;
  • Experience in network security is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server OS;
  • Deep IP network knowledge;
  • Fluent in all MS Office products;
  • Strong communication skills and good attention to detail;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with users and colleagues.
