The Team

The Prozis Sales Performance unit combines Business knowledge with technological capabilities to improve the Prozis customer journey and optimize company results.

We strive to understand customer behavior and create automated solutions to meet user needs in an ever-evolving environment through continuous experiments.

This is a young and motivated team, determined to make things happen. We need you to help us in this world domination tour.

The Role

You will join our Sales Performance unit and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve the Prozis customer journey and optimize company results.

In this role you will manage a comprehensive set of KPI's to identify trends, deviations and correlate them with relevant business initiatives.

Besides regularly reporting on the business performance indicators you will identify areas of improvement and pursue them in close cooperation with other departments and teams.


For this position we value the following aspects and skills:

  • Graduation Degree or equivalent experience;
  • A strong analytic background and a data driven mindset;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools;
  • Ability to establish priorities based on the required effort, task complexity and expected return in sales;
  • Experience in the interaction with software development teams;
  • Prior experience in ecommerce will be valued;
  • You must be pragmatic and results oriented.
