The Team

This team works as a section of the overall HR team. You'll be working with two other people: a strong introvert and a strong extrovert. One is focused on analytics, the thinking type and the other one is focused on relations, the emotional type.

Then there are "the others": in Esposende and Maia. We're all different, we have colors, we have opinions and we're here making noise and history!

The Role

This isn't a job for the faint of heart.

Imagine working in a HUGE logistics center. At the same time, you have to move from factory to factory and we have five at the moment. You will work closely with our Employees, following our main business and people strategy guidelines.

As an HR Generalist, you will have to be a part of our Employees entire lifecycle, from hiring to separation. You will have to master our work procedures and be ready to learn, but also teach.

This role may demand regular moving between different locations both national and international.


You are a nice person who knows that working in HR is not for everyone. You are part of the ones who endure. With lots of energy and hardcore resilience, you don’t turn your back on a good challenge and you are always ready for another run.

You are a go-getter and you like to achieve goals, being proud of your results.

We expect you to have previous experience in HR, especially in difficult environments and fast-paced companies.
